Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Does the color of my keyboard affect the color (take that word as you will) of the notes it can play? Noodle that one, kids. Anyway, this stuff pours a cloudy ruby red grapefruit juice topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises light dragonfruit, passionfruit, a twinge of vanilla cream, and a touch of what may or may not be blue raspberry. The taste brings in more of the same, a strong vein of sour orange zest running through the center of it all. Kinda reminds me of a lovely complex mimosa I had once at brunch. Good times. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a smooth feel. Overall, a very tasty and enjoyable bit of sourness, plenty of flavor without anything going too far in any direction. Good times, indeed.
