Had on tap. Shimmering black pour, no head. Bourbon, rich chocolate, coconut, nougat, cassia bark and vanilla in the background. Reminds me of Prop 14, wonderful melding of all the flavors is so smooth and rich, barrel elevates the flavors yet cuts the sweetness from cloying well, hint of cinnamon linger on the finish. Feel is warm, velvet smooth, rich, warm and full.
