Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.

Pours a hazy golden citrus topped by maybe a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose holds notes of peach rings, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and graham cracker. Basically peach cobbler a la mode. The taste leans into the peach, this time tarter than before, undergirded by light cinnamon, vanilla bean, and a touch of buttercream. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying, sticky-ing finish. A pastry sour that pretty much delivers what it says on the tin, though with the gift of sourness as well.
