500 ml bottle into a snifter. The 2024 edition, had 8/2/24.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with no head and no lacing. Aromas of bourbon, coconut, banana, mead, vanilla, malt, some chocolate. Flavors of bourbon, mead, coconut, vanilla, banana, malt, chocolate- more as it warms. Smooth, a little creamy, a very good full body, appropriately carbonated on the lower side.
Overall, this is quite delicious. The coconut shines, a solid bourbon barrel presence, and the mead barrels show pretty well too. Green bananas in the background, and the vanilla shows best in the flavor.

Pours an effervescent cola/mahogany with a pinky of mocha colored head. Some floaties. A bit of head retention & lacing, plenty viscous
S: Bourbon, coconut, hints of banana, loads of booze once warm
T: Follows the nose, some barrel coming through right off the bat, vanilla is very present. Bourbon, rich chocolate and bananas as this beer warms up. Finishes with boozy dark chocolate, some vanilla & banana & toasted coconut
MF: Chewy as hell, near zero carbonation, warming
Great flavor, a little bit more carbonation would've really helped this
