Pitch black body, but pour with a strainer because it is full of... mo coconuts (flakes). Smells is coconut vanilla cream with some bourbon and baker's chocolate in the background. Taste has sugary vanilla pulling the coconut to the front with it, barrel is less deep than even the nose, but the chocolate, caramel, and brulee notes are there a bit stronger near the finish. Feel is viscous, sticky, heavy and again has coconut chunks that should be strained out, annoying honestly

The kind gents at Iron and Glass shared this with me. It’s like a cookie in a beer glass. Sweet, thick, boozy, a bit thick. Enjoyable, but not as much barrel presence as I’d like.
