Catalyst: Thornton Single Malt

Catalyst is our non-adjunct lineup meant to showcase how unique barrel aged beers can be depending on the barrels chosen and time spent developing in them.
For this iteration, we used a single barrel that had aged a single malt whiskey from our friends at Thornton Distilling Co.! Flavors imparted by the barrels and base can be described as sweet honey, subtle orange peel, moderate peat, chocolate covered dates, and dark cocoa powder.
