330ml unfined, unfiltered, bottle conditioned.
L: Jet black. In spite of a careful pour, forms a gigantic, fluffy, mocha head.
S: Dark wood, dark chocolate, smokey caramel.
T: Does not follow its nose at all. Smokey, bitter (verging on sharp), hoppy flavour profile. Malt is a distant second.
F: Carbonated but verging on thin. Finish has some chew but is short. Gassy.
O: Starts really well but finishes poorly. The malt is completely overwhelmed by bittering hops. Overcarbonated.
