A raspberry and holy basil kettle soured beer perfect for quenching your thirst in the sunshine. A balanced bite to match the raspberries keep this easy to drink with the low hop bitterness leaving the holy basil to add the depth of flavour and aroma.

400ml can. Hazy, blush pink colour with no head at all. Fruity, herbal, spicy and lightly sour. Black pepper is the predominant flavour (from the holy basil) with just a touch of sweetness (from the raspberry). A thirst-quencher, for sure, but not convinced the holy basil works 100% (for my taste).
