Missing Falls Brewery

From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter via the brewery. This monster pours a
deep coal black with a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to a thin ring
and decent legs with a swirl. Nose of deeply roasted malts, char, oak, dark chocolate,
dark coffee, bourbon, and subtle dark fruits amongst layers of vanilla and brown sugars.
Flavors hit the mark with dark brown sugars, char, subtle soy, bourbon, oak, vanilla, dark
bakers chocolate, dark coffee, raspberry, and earthy malts. Mouth feel is full, slick, coating,
warming, faint carbonation, and finishing lightly dry.

Of note; leather, tobacco, and some vinous brandy notes hit with warmth.

Overall, solid little brew!
