Pours a beautiful clear dark amber-red, modest head. Great malty aroma. Fantastic chocolate flavor, loads of roasty malts, so good. Medium bodied for a Bock, slightly syrupy. Overall a delicious example of the style, so glad I stopped in the brewery and picked up a 4-pack.
