didnt realize they were also brewing at this location, unless it is incorrectly listed here, thought it was just a taproom, and i spent most of my time here outside on the street, but its pretty expansive in there and totally possible that they are also producing some beer here. the space is cool lots of outside seating in what felt like a fairly central area in old valencia, funky almost native art on the outside, minimal on the inside, with high ceiling, a long bar and maybe a stage area, but we sat out in the street because the weather was gorgeous. they had a decent range of beers on, six or eight selections, none of which were radical or even all that interesting except a lemon and melon radler that was delicious. that said though, every beer was very well made, the lager and the marzen especially, and they seem to be doing a lot with hops too, so a bit safe, but some diversity on the list too. they had decent looking food too but we did not eat here. service was impersonal and by committee, but it was prompt enough that it did not detract from our experience here at all, but dont expect to be warmly received or chatted up about the beer much. real relaxing place to sit out and relax, people watch, and let the day pass by. did not see brewing equipment inside, but i wasnt looking for it either. solid quality here.
