Our Kolsch is a light, crisp, refreshing summertime favorite. A German-style ale that has been lagered using imported malts and Noble hops for a smooth soft finish.

Look - fairly bright and clear golden copper with white head and rimming

I had this beer several times at the brewery, from the 16oz bottle and finally from the 12oz can into the traditional Stange glass.
Clear pale gold color with a thick fluffy head, good retention.
This one has a slight sweetness to it. Finishes clean and dry with no bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
Enjoying it every time!
