Served in a chalice on tap at the brewery.

Look: Honey-amber, with a very small head that dissipated quickly and left very little lacing.

Nose: Not much here; a little malt, a very slight maybe floral sweetness?

Mouthfeel: Nicely medium, adequate carbonation.

Attack: The malt comes through very nicely.

Finish: Just enough hops to balance the malt sweetness.

Overall: This is a very nice Märzen, and is going to go down as one of my top three in this class. Very, very drinkable! It’s especially nice in the chalice it was served in. With a lager like this, the Germans would not have had to switch to a Festbier that’s more “poundable!”

12 ounce can, I've had this one in the fridge for a while, thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Sure it's at least a year old, couldn't read the date stamp on the bottom of the can since it's smudged. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a somewhat clear amber color with about an inch or so light tan head that stuck around a little while. Small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like toasted/bready malt, stone fruit and some herbal hops. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also a slight nutty flavor too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy enough to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I know I should have drank this fresher and that's my fault, but it's still decent now and good enough that I would want to try this again in the future.

Had it at the brewery as well as this can from the brewery.
Pours a clear amber color with a thin white head.
Toasted malts and nice sweet note. A faint bitterness in the finish.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
I like it!

From the growler in a snifter via Growler Stop. This solid
marzen pours a nice and clear amber color with a nice head
of white foam that settles to a thick ring with subtle lacing.
Nose of toasted malts, subtle breaded malts, and faint
herbal hop notes. Flavors hit the perfect marzen profile
with nicely toasted malts, faint peach notes, subtle
caramel, and light herbal hops giving balance.
Nice mouth feel; medium light body, smooth,
medium light carbonation, and a lightly dry finish.

Overall, a nice little brew from a new to me brewery.

Cheers
