This Pilsner has a very dry, crisp and refreshing finish, with a spritzy effervescence, offering a beautiful toasted caramel and slight biscuit aroma.

Served on tap in a pint glass at Cincinnati’s The Turf Club.
Look: Clear golden, bubbles rising, with a 1/2” white head that lingered nicely and left a foam cap with plenty of finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Sweet malt, bread.
Attack: Follows the nose perfectly.
Finish: The hop bitterness balances perfectly.
Mouthfeel: Medium, smooth, perfect carbonation.
Overall: This is yet another fine example of a south German Pils. The sweetness of the malt and the gentle hop bitterness are in perfect balance. Supremely drinkable — this is a beer I could enjoy drinking every day.
