Brewed to honor Cincinnati's Bockfest, Cooper is a golden-hued Hellerbock brimming with rich malt character and subtle hop bitterness.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This excellent little heller bock pours a
nice medium light amber with a nice head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and displays some nice lacing. Nose of
floral honey, toasted breaded malts, and subtle herbal hops. Flavors
follow with some stipulations. Floral honey dances about caramel
and rich breaded malts, bread crust, and stronger than the nose would
elude to herbal and bittering hops. Mouth feel medium, light carbonation,
smooth, and finishing with a bitter hop and sweet honey / caramel note.

Overall, a solid little brew!

Cheers

From the brewery via growler in my glass.
Quite clear medium amber color with a finger thick white head.
Taste is malty sweet but on the bitter side.
Very enjoyable!
