From the growler via Country Fresh in Beechmont. This solid brew pours a nice
dark copper with a moderate head of khaki foam that sizzles to a thin ring and
faint layer. Nose of bourbon, oak, vanilla, fruit notes of peach, date, and candy sugars.
Flavors follow the nose with candy sugar drenched in bourbon, vanilla, rich oak, apricot,
raisin, and fig. Mouth feel is medium, warm, smooth, rich, boozy, light carbonation,
and a warm moderately dry finish.
Overall---SOLID
