We used MN and WI grown Triumph & Saaz hops in the mash, the Cryo Pop blend in the whirlpool and dry hopped it with Cryo Pop and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. We also added Phantasm, a powdered version of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins that adds even more tropical fruit notes.
