A classic West Coast-style IPA with all 'C' hop varieties that helped build the modern U.S. craft beer industry. We used concentrated Centennial & Columbus hops plus MN grown Civil Sass Hops Chinook & Cascade. Firm but refreshing bitterness with pine, resin, floral and citrus notes & a solid malt backbone.
