A triple IPA made with all Midwest-grown hops throughout brewing. Mashed with WI Saaz with WI Mackinac hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped during fermentation with WI Mackinac and MN Chinook. Dry hopped after fermentation with MN Triumph and MI Rakau. A once a year beer for those brave souls that wear shorts in this cold weather!
