(This a Kolsch, not a Pilsner) Poured a seethru straw gold body with massive head that quickly died. The aroma is not only floral but has a "perfumey" quality. Light to medium body, slightly sticky, slightly sweet but also has a funky, onion-like hoppy dryness and then a slightly off-putting, like sour lemon, crisp and dry finish.
