12oz can stamped THE GOAT 12.17.25 poured into a pokal glass at fridge temp 6.8% ABV. The beer pours bright light brown with chestnut highlights and khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves plenty of lacing. The aroma is mild with neutral toasted bread. The taste is semisweet toasted malt with nutty and herbal notes finishing with moderate bitterness. The feel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, good bock.

12oz can poured into a stemmed tulip
Thanks to not2quick for this one
The beer pours an amber/ruby color with about three fingers worth of foamy tan head that recedes slowly, leaving behind a moderate amount of lacing.
The aroma is toasted bread, caramel, brown sugar, and slightly grassy.
Like the aroma, the flavor is bready and toasty, with notes of caramel, molasses, grassy hops, and hints of chocolate. Medium bodied and moderately carbonated.
Overall this is a very nice beer, I look forward to trying other offerings from Sonder

Pours a burgundy with a slight brown to the color. It's pretty clear as far as translucency goes. Head is three fingers of fluffy khaki foam. Good retention. Aroma is dark toasty, nutty, and caramely malts with earth, toffee, and grassy hops behind. Leans towards dry. Flavor profile is toasty, nutty, and earthy malts with mild grass and light toffee for depth. Mouth feel is fuzzy and frothy with a medium thickness. Overall, fuzzy and frothy with a fairly good decadence.

As good as I’d expect from Sonder. Everything they make is awesome.
Looks beautiful. Ruby-apricot-copper color.
Tastes hoppy but not bitter, and malty and crackery. I don’t get the chocolate finish the brewery says, but I do get a little bit of coffee. Balanced. Nice. Not a beer to pound but to enjoy.
Update: Gets maltier as it warms and the hops move to aftertaste.
Would def buy again.

what a surprising little treat this beer was. dumped into a pint glass a nice, fairly clear deep amber with a good little tuft of foam resting on top, with little bits of lacing following you down every now and then. nose was heavy on the toasty malts, with hints of dark brown sugar and figs in the mix. a very inviting and warming scent indeed. flavor followed suit, with a large dose of malty goodness and brown sugar upfront, followed by some touches of dried fruits and a nice balance of hop bitterness at the end of it all. a fairly heavy brew, but still really easy to drink with the bitterness lingering enough to make me want another drink to revive the sweetness. definitely something i would seek out again when i have the chance.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This nice little bock pours a
very nice clear amber with an excellent head of off white foam
that settles to a thick ring and layer with light lacing. nose of
brown sugars, herbal hops, and subtle breaded malt notes
with some grassy hop touches. Flavors follow the nose but are
well presented with brown sugars, dark breaded malt notes,
subtle cherry, grassy and bitter herbal hop notes, and
some citrus hops on the rear. Nice mouth feel; medium body,
medium light carbonation, and a bitter hop finish.
Overall, a decent little brew
Cheers
