12oz can stamped OFESTTIME 07.09.25 poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.5% ABV per label. The beer pours bright copper tinted amber with khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is mild with toasted malt and a bit of bread crust. The taste is bittersweet toasted malt with prominent earthy hop flavor and bitterness. The feel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, good beer, but really hop focused for an oktoberfest.

Quite good.
Pours a beautiful roasted-apricot color. Thick, dense head, light khaki color. Dissolves to thin webbing.
Can’t smell much today.
Tastes rich and full. Hoppy but not bitter. Gets sweeter and even smoother as it warms.
Feels good. Lightly carbonated.
Overall, quite a good beer. Drinkable but substantial.

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a clear amber with off white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had malt and bittering hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet caramel malt base with sharp bittering hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Typical looking for the style, moderate amount of carbonation. Mild aroma, malts came forward as the beer warmed. Mild taste, middle of the road Oktoberfest.

Poured from a twelve ounce can, the body is on the orange side of amber. The off-white head hung around for a long while though not much lacing.
Aroma has some clove to go with the lightly sweet grainy malt.
Taste follows nose and up front is a light honey malt sweetness. A happy revelation was a nice little hop in the giddy up. The balance creates a good drinking beer with a soft finish.
Vibrant carbonation and smooth mouthfeel.
Well done, easy drinking marzen.

I grabbed this brew out of my son in law's fridge. I had never heard of the brewer. I don't think he'll miss it.
This one looks great in the glass. Pretty color and nice foam. The aroma is a bit funky and not the high point of this experience. The taste is nice and malty with just a bit of stray bitterness, which I kind of like. Many of this style struggle with being too sweet but not this one. That said, it isn't very strong and it's sorta a little bitey.
Recommended, but just to try. It is bit dryer than most of this style, and that's a plus.

12 fl. oz. can
Served in a perfect pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant burnt orange color with golden highlights. It is topped with a couple inches of tan head that clings to the side of the glass.
It smells malty with caramel and toffee notes. I get an earthy aroma and some floral hops.
Toffee and toast flavor. Earthy and almost dank in the middle. I get a mild bitterness in the finish.
This is more on the bitter side of the style. I prefer a malt bomb.

Let the fall festivals begin! One of the first signals of cooler weather, falling leaves and harvest types of food is the arrival of Oktoberfest beers. Sonder recognizes the influx of German tradition in the Cincinnati area and are happy to usher in this unique, drinkable and seasonable taste.
Their Oktoberfest pours a richer medium amber hue than is standard in the style, but its bright clarity and its creamy ivory froth are a welcomed appearance. With a scent of light honey and nuttiness, a floral scent ensures with the whimsy of lavender, pez candy and honeysuckle perfumes. Gentle on the early palate, the beer opens up with a mildly toasty, honey and granola malt sweetness that's much lighter on the palate than the appearance suggests.
As the flavors continue to extend onto the middle palate, its floral aromas drift and the sweetness slowly dries into a toasty and nutty type of savory flavor with a soft and bready foundation. Creamy and lingering with soft sweetness, the floral hops develop into a mild hop spice to offset the malty remnants and to deliver a finishing flavor of grassy, peppery and nearly minty hop flavors.
Medium bodied and slightly on the fuller side of traditional festbier, the beer finishes firmly malty but not overly sweet. Its a fairly common take on the style, especially for American brewers who don't normally specialize in such styles. A brief linger of spicy sweetness remains balanced, drinkable and quite thirst quenching.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid brew pours a
medium dark amber with a nice head of white foam that
subsides to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports nice
light lacing. Nose of cereal grain, light breaded grain notes,
and rich caramel. Flavors follow the nose nicely with touches
of caramel, light herbal / zesty hops, nice caramel touches, and
light breaded malts / cereal grains. Perfect mouth feel; medium
body, medium light verging on light carbonation, and a sweet
yet balanced hop laced finish.
Excellence from a great brewery!
Cheers
