Sonder stouts are hard to come by in my travels and here we have a neopolitan tiramisu variant. It has a deep, bitter profile just like the base. Strawberry flavor and additional creaminess is present, almost as if lactose was added. It is not super sweet and more coffee focused. Really enjoy their takes.

16 ounce can, canned on 10.06.21. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, I really picked up the strawberry first and there's also chocolate, cream and roasted malt noticeable. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's the addition of some burnt/charred malt and coffee flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's creamy and a bit coating with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, wouldn't mind trying this one again in the future!

Single can from Party Town
Deep brown color with a thin layer of mocha foam.
Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate and a hint of strawberry.
Taste follows suit with coffee notes and a subtle bitterness in the finish.
Full body with good carbonation, creamy mouthfeel.
Like it!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This mighty brew pours a deep obsidian with
a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to a thin ring with light lacing. Nose
of dark chocolate, cream, strawberry preserves, strong booze, and light char.
Flavors follow the nose nicely with dark chocolate, cream, strawberry, dark coffee,
brulee, char, and deep roast. Nice mouth feel; full slick body, smooth, rich, coating,
verging on being cloying but still on the outside of too sweet, low carbonation, and
finishing with a sweet chocolate and strawberry finish.
A solid imperial / double
Cheers
