12 ounce can, packaged 10.06.22, thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. There's also a good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coffee, burnt/charred malt, vanilla, dark chocolate, bourbon and caramel. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some oak, earthy and dark berry flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's slick and a bit syrupy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one a lot, it's aged well and would like to try this again in the future if Sonder releases this again!

Look - black and fairly thick with a really nice thick lasting tan head and really sticky lacing
Smell - sweet chocolate vanilla coffee, in that order with a nice caramel woody barrel
Taste - dark chocolate coffee vanilla coffee creamer with some barrel.
Feel - fairly full body creamy with a slight fizz
Overall - wish it tasted as good as it smells

This solid imperial pours a dark coal black with a fantastic head of light brown
foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and excellent lacing. Nose of
dark coffee, toffee, brulee, bourbon, vanilla, char, and dark chocolate. Flavors
follow fantastically with dark espresso, dark sweet chocolate, char, brulee, rich
caramel, bourbon, vanilla, and oak. Notes of dark berry make themselves known
with warmth with black and blueberry. Excellent mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich,
coating, lightly slick, light carbonation that offers lift, and a lightly warming
roasted bitter malt finish that is nicely balanced.
Overall----PHEW! This one hit the notes. Near perfect for a desert brew and
absolutely delicious! Balanced and approachable!
