A one-inch, fluffy, white head quickly falls to a thick ring, leaving only a webbing of lace. The beer is hazy, pale straw (SRM 2-3)

Wet pine straw opens, followed by hay and peach skins. The aroma is less fresh than expected, and surprisingly earthy. Light grassiness seems to fill out the profile, and there is no real sense of malt.

Mild bitterness is quickly cut by the flavor of under-ripe peaches. Sweetness, while equal to the bitterness, has a harsh side to it. Again, the peaches seem to be under ripe. There is a strong sensation of hay dust. The finish is moderate with moments of strength and is quite sustained.

The full body and soft smooth texture gives an impression of suede. Alcohol is as expected, while carbonation is moderate. There is an overall harsh quality, likely residual feelings from the squirrel.
Aside from the alcohol level, this makes for a decent lawnmower beer. Alternatively, one can enjoy it while the grill comes to temperature.
