From the bottom of the can: "CANNED ON 11/11/20 15:05:53 L5"
Appearance: It has a somewhat hazy, straw gold colored body. The head is very large and white with a frothy cap.
Aroma: There is a light spicy hop aroma to the beer which is pleasant, laced with a hint of wildflowers. It smells clean and fresh.
Taste: A faint, almost honey note comes through which is married with a very light, slightly spicy hop flavor with a hint of lemon pepper. A very light lemon zest character is in the aftertaste. While drinking the beer some alcohol character surfaces to the point where it's noticeable.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and crisp with a refreshing finish. There is a light bit of almost resinous buildup while drinking the beer.
Overall: It's a very well made beer with a pleasant lemon character. As a whole it is enjoyable and would pair well with something like a salad or a lighter fish. The can states that this is "BREWED WITH ARAMIS HOPS FROM THE ALSACE REGION OF FRANCE AND 100% GERMAN MALTS, IT IS HERBAL, SPICY, AND SLIGHTLY CITRUSY." They really nailed the description of the beer because it describes exactly what is contained in the can. I would drink it again and I would recommend it.
