Dry Crispy has a very thick, spongy, white head and a clear, bubbly, straw appearance, with some haze and heavy lacing. The aroma is of soda cracker and some sourness. It has a similar flavor, with low-moderate bitterness. Dry Crispy has a medium body and a dry finish.

16 ounce can poured into a Pilsner glass.

Pours lively with a 3 finger white head. The body is straw colored and slightly hazy. Spicy hop aroma with notes of citrus make up a moderate strength nose. Taste is as advertised, dry and crisp. Spicy and lemon hop flavor is rounded out by lightly toasted malt. Drinks light and fast, nice session beer.

Pours a very pale straw. Smells like a bag of rice. It feels very rice forward. A touch grapey. It's certainly crispy and easy drinking, but I am not sure that I really like what the rice is contributing to this beer. Good on a hot day.
