This mineral petite oenobeer shows our passion and respect for small, but characterful brews. With our beloved noble East Kent Golding hops and with 20% Viognier grapes added from the Walla Walla Valley on the Washington/ Oregon border, Parvus Titan is exactly what the name says: a Small Titan.

L:. Pours a clear straw yellow with a foamy white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. White wine grapes, mixed with Brady malt and note of mineral and dryness.
T:. Starts with a hint of cider and apple that gives way to a very dryness and medium dry bitterness, followed by a nice bready finish.
F:. Light body and easy drinking but still complex.
O:. This is a fantastic light beer, lots of complexity but still very drinkable.

a delicious, balanced, and sessionable beer that was a lot of fun to drink, just different enough to stand out as something original, and a nice compliment to their quality food in here. i like the viognier grapes in here, delicate, lightly piquant, subtle, with notes of pear and passion fruit coming through for me. there is a fine balance between the pale grain base and the grape sweetness, they both contribute a lot, and even though the fermentation is clean, they are united nicely by the yeast. this has a ton of character for being so light too, floral notes, tropical fruit, old world hops, and wonderful body and carbonation, feels beery more than winey, although there are elements of both at work for sure. i like how this is subtly unique, its not in my face, and its crazy well refined like just about all the beer was in here. this is one that should probably stay on the menu, i feel like its a great introduction to what these beers are all about, and its great with the food. cant wait to get back in here already...
