L:. Pours a brilliant clear dark copper yellow with a small white head and patchy lacing all around the glass.
S:. Spicy Belgian yeast, sweet and tart fruit, mix with a delicate cracker malt backbone, notes of sweet apple and pear, very inviting.
L:. Spicy Belgian yeast, tart grapes, apple and pear mix with a light baked bread, a slight bit of tartness, hides the booze well and finishes quite dry.
F:. Light body with prickly carbonation.
O:. This beer is mindblowing, light yet still high abv, sweet but finishes dry, this beer is a work of art.
