All-American Pale Ale, full bodied but less bitter than an IPA, giving more of the malty, beery flavor. Good ol' American Cascade adds a subtle citrus note.

the American Pale Ale is delicious. It has an amber color, looks cloudy to turbid, has a crisp and fruity taste, smell and very easy mouthfeel. Consumed with filet mignon and mac and cheese - very nicely paired!
