BB 6-6
Average head, pale golden beer. It smells strongly like white wine, sour and some citrusfruit, coreander and wheat.
Basetaste is a bit acidic/bitter with some malts in the background.
Low carbonation, light mouthfeel, no aftertaste at all.
I've had better wheatbeers.

BBE jun 2006. Not that much of head, low carbonisation and clouwdy golden beer. Nose is far too much koreander with a sharp unfresh edge probably cause of yeast autolysation. Some citrussy and maltyness there but overal just koreander. Taste is far better beeing sweet citrussy, wheaty carracter and again lots of koreander. Sweet and only litle bitter aftertaste make taste good. Mouthfeel and drinkabitlity are both negatively influenced by the enormous dosation of that K-spice but further ok.
