A brown, copper beer with a thin head and low visible carbonation.

Smell is malty with light caramel whiffs. There is an undertone of husk and wort that makes the beer a little unfresh. Also a trace of oxidation in the smell. The yeast adds some fruity and nutty flavors.

Taste is malty with some very light roasted tastes. A few fruits come to mind, lychee and peach. The husky smell is also found in the taste, although less and appears to be more woody now. Yet it remains an off-taste for me, but not at a disturbing level. I am not sure if this is supposed to taste like this, but it is different and no reason to drain the beer. Bitterness is light. Drinkability is OK.
