Copenhagen 30/3 2020. 33 cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard Web-shop. A black, grey and white label where they are very careful not to write anything horizontally.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a small bubbly, white head. Settles as thin, patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweetish odor of lemonade and light citric twist. Light caramel sweetness, oranges, butter and white sugar. Citrus and lemon sourness.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense. A fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish and fairly short.
Not exactly Delicions but a middle of the road Witbier. A tad too sweet for my taste buds but tolerable.

A: golden, thin white head
S: pear, apple, some cloves, some banana,
T: solid maltiness, fresh zesty citron (lemon+orange)/2, herbal finish
M: very refreshing and dry
O: a nice beer for a hot summer afternoon, which rarely happens in the netherland, but today happens to be :)

A hazy orange yellow beer with a thin head.
Smell is spicy and phenolic. Hints of coriander and bitter orangepeel and maybe some lemon.
Taste has notes of wheat and raw orange peel. This seems to add some astringent bitterness. The yeast is phenolic and adds a spicy taste. Mouthfeel is medium, and drinkability is good.
