On-tap at Cafe Belgie, Utrecht, Netherlands

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger and a half high beige head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with faint hints of lactose.
T: The taste has flavors of dark malts and also has faint hints of lactose and sweetness. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a little sweeter and smoother compared to other beers in the style but isn't that difficult to drink.
