Legend has it a wartime bunker lies beneath our brewery. Rich in chocolate and roast characters, our porter is also dark, mysterious and full of secrets.

355ml can packaged on 20/06/19. Poured into a tulip glass.
Look: Dark black with about 4cm of coffee coloured head. Tight little bubbles in the head. The head takes ages to recede leaving lacing all the way down. Looks pretty good.
Smell: A little sweet up front, milk chocolate, cocoa, little bit of roastiness at the end, perhaps some molasses as it warms. Pleasant but a little nondescript.
Taste: chocolatey, bit of sweetness, not getting a heap of roastiness but it's there, there is a certain savouriness to the aftertaste that I cannot put my finger on though.
Overall: Solid porter.
Feel: mid bodied, nice carbonation, not too bitter, a little dry and not a great deal of length.
