355ml can. No date on the packaging. Poured into a tulip.
Look: A real ruby red, with about 3cm of bubbly pinkish head, which quickly subsides to almost nothing, a little island of bubbles in the middle. Great colour.
Smell: Lots and lots of raspberry to begin. Little bit of sweetness in there, like a raspberry drop boiled lolly. There is the hint of some sourness underneath a kind of acidic smell. Luckily I love raspberries, otherwise I can imagine it would be a little one note.
Taste: Sour at first, Raspberry has moved to the background, but as you adjust to the sourness the raspberry comes through a bit more. A slight sweetness on the back end.
Feel: lighter bodied, sour but not over the top, gets the saliva going find. Slight carbonation toward the back of the palate. Decent length of flavour.
Overall: I enjoyed it, but you have to love raspberries.
