Hand-pumped from the cask at the brewery.
Elderflower pale ale. 4.2% ABV.
Lovely, with obvious floral flavour and a neatly restrained pale malt backbone. Perfect balance of dryness and wetness, leaning dry to tease out more elderflower flavour.
Drinkable and likable...the sort of brew you could murder a few litres of in an arvo if so inclined. Served a bit tepid off the cask, which to be kind aids the floral flavour but does restrain drinkability.
