On-draught @ the brewery:
$7 AUD per small pour (sub 200ml by the look of it).
Billed as a "syrah sour" not a "Shiraz sour" which I thought odd in an Australian brewery...
Depleted red grape. Very subdued Brettanomyces funkiness. Dry.
I guess I hoped for something jammy, tart, and yeasty. This ain't that, and it don't showcase Shiraz all that well either. Quite drinkable though, and not a bad brew by any stretch...just a shadow of what it could be.
