16 fl. oz. can
Served in a becker glass
This beer pours pale yellow with some haze. It is topped with a fleeting off white head that leaves no lacing.
Whew, the coriander is strong with this one. It kind of masks the other aromas. I do get some watermelon and salt after it warms a bit.
Now the flavor is another story. The coriander and watermelon meld to create a refreshing flavor. The saltiness adds a dryness to the finish leaving me wanting another sip. Right when I forget about the jalapeno, it rears up to add just a slight hint of heat.
Thin bodied with a slightly dry finish.
This is damn refreshing brew. I thought they overdid it with the coriander, but the taste hits the spot on a pleasant summer evening.
