Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)…
L- Mid amber, pours with a hint of haze though accreted sediment is left in bottle. 1Cm creamy looking head of super-fine bubbles that looks like it'll stick around. [ps 10mins later, it does].
S- Quite bright with a fruit note between apple/sour-apple?
T- Ooph, double-IPA alright! Straight into vibrabt dry hops. I get the apple (or similar) note again but now rather overshadowed by the bitter hops.
F- Notably hoppy-dry, trad hops though which is a bonus when they're this prominent. You can sense this has body too, well, for one, if it hadn't the hops would overwhelm. Though on balance it's still the hops that lead.
O- One for the hop-heads! I'm not a born IPA drinker but enjoy a well balanced more trad one. This is interesting to try, well put together but probably rather too hops-forward for me to buy again.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ==> '7 hops/70IBU'. It has the most elegant art-nouveau/Belle-epoque/1920s style lable featuring a tousle maned lion. Hopefully someone with better IT skills than mine will in future be able to get a pic of it up. Bottle conditioned, 7% ABV.
330ml bottle BB: £3.78 13/05/2022 Bought from BelgianBeerCompany, Stoke/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

Bottle. Murky amber. Thick frothy head.
Aroma of fresh fruit. Peaches, apple and raspberries. Some pencil eraser present.
Any flavours are rapidly dispelled by a harsh astringency. Fruit is still there along with some malt.
Boozy. Chewy.
Far too OTT for my palate.

Bought 3 different bottles from Belgenius from a supermarket close to work.
All my "Seef" tumblers are in the dishwasher, used a Belgian Cristal 25cl.
Hazy golden beer with rich pearls. Head is yellowish and frothy at first, a one cm compact head is retained.
Smell is slightly astringent strawberry/citrus, resembles dishwashing soap.
Flavour starts of with lovely clean bitter sweet hops and malts (wheat, raisins and toffee).
Aftertaste is bitter creamy (lemon and cream with dark chocolate and smoked meat).
I'm getting a good idea of what is meant with "Belgian IPA" and this is one: good hoppy bitterness, malty sweet notes and heavy yeast in the background.
