This beer is wonderfully flavored with hops that make this beer very bitter, yet enjoyable to the last drop. The head was moderate, it lingered only for a minute or two, but did not dissipate right away. The overall color was brassy with a hoppy fragrance and the taste was delicious right off the bat.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A-This beer has a warm light copper color with a clear body and a thin white head that last for a good bit.
S- The smell of green piney hops has a nice grassy hint to it.
T- The piney hops has a bright almost mint hint to them. After a few sips the hops die down and a nice crisp fresh pale malt taste comes through. This beer finishes with a spicy hop bitterness that last for a good while.
M- This beer has a medium light mouthfeel but was a bit watery in the texture.
D- This was my favorite of the Brass beers so out of the year round brews and has some nice complexity and good balance of hops and supporting malt.

This had a decent, light-tan head with a lot of CO2 bubbles in evidence. It had good clarity in a medium-maber colored beer. The nose was a nice mix of lightly malty sweetness and grassy hoppiness. It had a medium mouthfeel with a tea-like hoppiness on the tongue. The finish also had a hoppy flavor of sweet tea, like you would get served in the deep south. I really liked this beer, especially among their standards.
