(Served in a pilsner glass)
A- This beer has a dark brown body that still lets a good bit of light through and a strong carbonation. The head is a thin white film that fades after a bit.
S- The smell of caramel malt and a hint of darker roasted malt in the background is just slightly sweet.
T- The taste of pot caramel has some nice caramel malt notes and a soft dark toffee taste as it warms. The green noble hop finish has a nice bitterness that is enhanced by the slightly dry carbonic bite.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a faint watery texture and a soft fizz in the finish. No sign of alcohol warmth in the mouthfeel.
D- This beer has some nice malt flavors but I would like more. The hops were a little stronger that I usually notice in this style but they were nice.
