Bent River's Harvest Ale is a great beer brewed with incredibly fresh hops. Great representation of an APA. Very balanced. Not as malt driven as their Paddle Wheel Pale Ale. Pine and citrus notes are at that perfect balance leading to a great, full flavored, full bodied APA. Probably my favorite from Bent River!

Harvest ale is seasonal, but it sounds like a lot was brewed. Should be around until Christmas. Very smooth, yet hoppy beer. Fruity more than piney, which I personally enjoy. The fresh hops make a world of difference and I hope they are able to do this each fall.
