Murky brown color isn't that appealing. I had a slow gusher can that slowly overflowed. Chunky bits did not feel great. Smelled ok but I don't think this represented a hazy beer that well.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 22 fl oz bottle on December 4, 2017. Batch #4 bottled on 10/17/2017. Brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Decent.

Pours a murky burnt orange with a finger and a half of white head. Fair head retention with a few splatters of lacing left about. Aroma is peach, mango, and pineapple. Flavor profile is a subtle peach throughout. Mango, papaya, and pineapple add a bit of tropical citrus zing. Mouth feel is medium and smooth. Not crisp, nor filling - it hits a nice middle road that makes it easy to sip or slam. Overall, while not a completely well-constructed IPA, it has some promising attributes. The peach flavor is a bit different than other IPAs, but it's well done.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 22oz bottle.

Poured out a hazy, golden yellow color with a small, thin head of foam. It smelled juicy, with oranges, pineapple and mango. Sweet citrusy flavor with light toasted caramel and mild piney bitterness.

Batch #3, 6/13/17, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo

Pours a bright orange with some tiny suspended particles but not opaque. Pouring in the dregs makes it a murky brownish orange. Some surface coverage and spotty lacing in the glass.

Aroma is faint, canned pineapple and pine scented potpourri. Taste is much the same with a lingering dry resiny pine bitterness. Somewhat supple feel, light carbonation, too bitter for a NE-style IPA though, and way too pine forward. Overall it needs some work, hopefully they can fine tune it more in future batches. It was purchased from the cooler, and just under 2 months old, which may be "too old" at this point.

Had it twice on tap - i think they have brewed 2 batches and I tried both. First time cloudy orange, second time orange and almost clear with very slight haze. Piney and citrus aroma. Flavor matches with pine and some citrus, though not as much citrus as I expected. Average malt backbone, medium body. Hoppy moderately bitter finish.

Not sure what they are going for here. With the word "haze" in the name it sounds like they are going for a NEIPA. On that basis it fails. As an IPA it's average.
