A: Cloudy straw, with a small and pillowy white cap. Head retention is OK, but no lace is left behind.
S: Sourdough biscuits, plus cloves and orange peel.
T: Starts out with a dry biscuit flavor. A biting clove flavor comes on quickly. It finishes dry and with a lemon tartness. The overall effect is a sort of Wit-Hefe blend.
M: The body is a bit grainy and has a high level of fine carbonation.
D: This is a nice summer beer. Light and refreshing. Perfect for a warm sunny day.
