Borraccia is crafted from Eraclea, a premium Italian Pilsner malt and hopped with Saaz to create a highly drinkable and crisp lager with a delicate sweetness and subtle notes of wildflowers.

From a 473ml can packaged on 12 Nov 2025. Poured into a pokal. A one finger fine white head on a clear straw. Good head retention. Rings of fine lacing.
Grainy, grassy malts with some noble hops in the nose. The taste is sweet cereal malts up front with a clean, dry, mild noble hop finish.
A clean and smooth mouthfeel. A light body and good carbonation. Overall a fine Italian Pilsner. Light and refreshing. Well worth a try.
