We add lactose to this hazy IPA to give it a smooth mouthfeel and pronounced hop aroma/flavor. Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

New from a Wisconsin brewery I'd never heard of before. Comes in 16 fl.oz cans.
The beer tastes quite good, even if I'm a little
doubtful about the "good taste" of the name chosen.
So what is there to expect from a New-England-style beer?
Everything is rather subdued -- as I expected.
I'll probably update this review after I get a chance to drink a pint from tap.
And to end on a positive note, I'll just say "interesting -- worth trying".

Undated can. Purchased at the brewery 5/21/25.
L: Pours a hazy gold with a short fluffy white head that quickly thins. Pretty ribbons and patches of lacing.
S: Faint aromas of mango and tangerine.
T: Flavor follows the nose; a tropical/citrus mélange. Finishes dry and slightly bitter.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. A bit creamy, but the lactose is not thick.
O: A somewhat generic NEIPA. Not bad at all, but not very memorable, either.

Poured from a mini crowler into a pint glass. Pours hazy orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of creamy citrus and other tropical fruit. Tastes of tropical fruit with creamy citrus notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
