Undated can. Per Instagram, can release was 2/28/25. Purchased at the brewery 5/21/25. Not ideal, but proceeds go to a good cause (National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD)).
L: Pours a hazy gold with an off-white fluffy head that stays a while. Thin irregular lacing that is pretty.
S: Faint aromas of white grape and generic tropical and citrus fruit.
T: The Nelson white wine is up front, followed by a muted citrus/tropical medley. Finishes pleasantly dry and bitter.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. Some scratchiness on the throat.
O: Looks really good, but the smell, taste and feel were less so. Not the strongest offering from Component but was probably much better six weeks ago.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Hazy, straw colored body. One thick finger of fine, white bubble head. This persists as a film cap and high ring. Leaves behind partial lacing bands.
Aroma of overripe citrus orange and lemon.
Taste is ripe orange and lemon, along with green melon, white wine, and a little strawberry. Low bitterness. All flavors linger long in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft and creamy texture. Very good carbonation.
Juicy, soft, and full of ripe fruit flavors. Typical NEIPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops..
