33 cl bottle into a tumbler in Toulouse, FR.
Nice little spritz of foam up on unfiltered orange-ish brew.
Nose has a particular bit admirable funk, grapefruit, yuzu.
Taste puts its toe near the line of sour, but taps the brakes at tart. There’s a sweetness that counterpoints it. The yuzu is distinct and there’s enough malt to construct a backbone.
Mouth is thin, medium-high carbonation.
Overall, a light and tasty beer to go with sushi (like I did), or as a compliment to almost any Asian dish.
