One of our classic New England IPA recipes that utilizes Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. We get ripe pineapple on the nose and a medley of citrus fruit flavors that accompany the soft mouthfeel.

Copenhagen 13/1 2026, 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Drawing of a yellow rubberduck at sea on the can. Alone and Adrift.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with subtle but zesty citrus fruit. Sweet mango and passion fruit. Pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of pine tress and resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric- Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
It might be adrift - but tat's okay when you taste this good.
